Coaches must be willing to obtain certification appropriate for coaching youth cheerleading. Coach training will be provided. There are coach clinics and cheerleading camps held during the summer that coaches are expected to help plan and facilitate along with the RPYC Board of Directors.
Each coach will be provided with a Coach Handbook, which includes all rules and guidelines for coaches, emergency procedures, and helpful information for coaching. Coaches are also provided with a basic first aid kit and instant ice packs.
