To participate in Rex Putnam Youth Cheer, each cheerleader is required to have the following:
- Cheerleading uniform, including under garments
- Cheerleading shoes, including white no-show socks
- Hair bow with a high ponytail
- Pair of poms
2023 PARTICIPANTS
In 2019 we changed our uniforms for the 2019 season. The idea behind this was so we wouldn’t have to change them again for 2-4 years then COVID hit but we still plan on using the current uniform. If you are new or returning needing a larger size, our regular season uniform fitting will be Saturday June 11, 2022 9am-12pm. It is IMPERATIVE that you know your childs size as we can not do returns. We will have a fit kit on hand at the fitting, but please come with an idea of sizes. The uniform cost for a RPYC participant this year is roughly $450-$500. Your uniform cost is due at the fitting. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PRACTICE GEAR
If there becomes a problem with modest and appropriate apparel during practices, coaches may require specific apparel for practices. Generally, the Varsity youth squad coach will require this from the beginning. In that case you will be notified by your coach prior to the Uniform fitting event.
All participants may purchase practice gear, if desired.
