NOTE: Please print and fill out forms linked below and bring with you to the first regular season practice. Your child will NOT be able to participate in any regular season practice until the medical release is turned in.

2026 Registration Fee: $250.00
*The cost of the uniform, warmups and other incidentals are NOT included in the registration fee. Uniforms are roughly an additional $350.
